He holds a bachelor's degree in Physics from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (1997), a Bachelor's Degree in Physics from the Federal University of São Carlos (2001), a Master's degree in Physics from the University of São Paulo (2000), a PhD in Physics from the University Of São Paulo (2004). From 2005 to 2007 he was postdoctor at the Institute of Physics of São Carlos - USP. From 2007 to 2009 he was in the Department of Chemistry of the Central University of Florida as Post-Doctor. Since 2010 he has been working with the Photonics Group of the Physics Institute of São Carlos (USP) as a technician of a higher level in the function of Physicist. He has experience in the field of Physics, with emphasis in Nonlinear Optics working mainly on the following subjects: Z-Sweep, Z-Sweep with White Light pulses and Nonlinear Spectrometer used in the study of the linear and non-linear optical properties of organic materials, structure Conjugated, nanoparticles, etc. Such studies are done in different temporal regimes comprised between nanoseconds and femtoseconds.
