Efeito Hall quântico em sistemas eletrônicos multi-componentes.
Ph.D. in Solid State Physics from the Institute of Semiconductor Physics (1985). He is currently associate professor at the University of São Paulo, Coordinator of the FCM / IFSC / USP Semiconductor Group. Post-doctoral training under the guidance of Prof. M.Cardona, as Fellow of the ALEXANDER VON HUMBOLDT FOUNDATION at the Max Planck Institute, Stuttgart, (Germany). Area of activity: Raman spectroscopy in low dimensional semiconductor systems (10/10/1987 to 12/31/1988). Post-doctoral training under the guidance of Prof. P.Grosse, as Fellow of the ALEXANDER VON HUMBOLDT FOUNDATION at the Physik Institut der RWTH, Aachen (Germany). Area of activity: magnetotransport and Raman spectroscopy in low dimensional semiconductor systems. Has experience in the field of Physics, with emphasis on Prop. Optics and Spectroscopy. of Mat. Condens; Other Inter. of Mat. with Rad. and Part, acting mainly in the following subjects: Raman scattering, photoluminescence, disordered and correlated electronic systems, super-networks, magneto-transpore, quantum dots, quantum Hall effect.
