Scholarship
General Information on Scholarships
- The graduate program in Physics requires full dedication of the students. Most students have their studies funded by scholarships (masters, doctorates and direct doctorates) distributed by Brazilian funding agencies, such as FAPESP, CNPq or CAPES, or by international agencies or programs such as CLAF or TWAS. The FAPESP scholarships are distributed directly to the supervisors according to their own criteria and schedules. The number of scholarships available varies from semester to semester.
- The Rules for scholarship classification are described in the respective tests selection notices.
- Non-scholarship students already enrolled in the program may participate in future exams in order to obtain a scholarship. For that, it is enough that they make the enrollment in the selection process, just like the new students. More information about this procedure, please contact the graduate program secretary.
