SELECTIVE PROCESS OF BASIC AND APPLIED PHYSICAL AREAS

The selection and classification of candidates for admission to the graduate courses of the Institute of Physics of São Carlos – IFSC, University of São Paulo – USP, Basic and Applied Physics Areas, will be made through three distinct stages, with the first being a qualifying stage, the 2nd a classification stage and the 3rd, the enrollment.

Those interested in Basic Physics and Applied Physics áreas of the Institute of Physics of São Carlos – IFSC / USP, must register in the first stage of the selection process, called Unified Examination of Graduate in Physics (EUF), following the guidelines contained in the UNIFIED PHYSICS TEST (EUF) – 2st SEMESTER OF 2018.

Important: The registration in the first stage (EUF Test) does not imply automatic a enrollment for the selective process of the Post-Graduation in Physics of the IFSC. Applications for the postgraduate courses in Physics of the IFSC must be done separately – 2nd stage – following the guidelines contained in the OPENING NOTICE OF THE SELECTIVE PROCESS OF ENTRY IN THE GRADUATE PROGRAM OF THE INSTITUTE OF PHYSICS OF SÃO CARLOS – 2nd HALF OF 2018.

Average scores of EUF exams starting from the exam conducted on 05 and 06 April 2016:

  1. MEUFj for the 2nd half of 2016 (held on April 05 and 06, 2016): 3.39
  2. MEUFj for the 1st half of 2017 (held on October 04 and 05, 2016): 3.19
  3. MEUFj for the 2nd half of 2017 (held on April 04 and 05, 2017): 3.38
  4. MEUFj for the 1st half of 2018 (held on October 03 and 04, 2017): 4,04
  5. MEUFj for the 2nd half of 2018 (held on April 03 and 04, 2018): 3,43
